I think it’s safe to say that Studio Calico’s new release is a home run. And I’m pretty sure it’s my favorite they’ve come out with so far. I’ve only seen Memoir in person so far, but if that’s an indication of the other two lines… I’m one happy girl. 🙂 To celebrate we thought we should hold a fun little blog blitz and give you all a chance to win some of the new goodies right away. I’m choosing to giveaway the My Happy Stamp Set. Here’s a snippet picture of it…
I used this set a lot in creating the layout below. Along with the new mists and papers in the Memoir line.
Those new mist colors that I used to color the stamped and punched circle accents….so gorgeous and vibrant! Love them! To create the white stamped images, just stamp with Versamark on white cardstock and heat emboss with White Zing! powder. Then spray circle with mist and gently wipe the mist off the stamped image. The embossing powder will act as a resist and the mist will wipe right off that part. Very easy!
I also created a mini book with Memoir. I used lots of White Mister Huey’s on the front chipboard cover and letters. Then just had fun embellishing with the papers, veneer and chipboard.
